Assistant Manager – Full-Time‍ ‍

We are looking for an experienced full-time Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operation of Meltemi Mediterrania. This role suits someone hands-on, organised and passionate about hospitality, who can lead the team, deliver excellent guest experiences and support the Venue Manager across service, staff development and operations.‍ ‍

What we are looking for:‍

  • Previous assistant manager, supervisor or strong senior FOH experience

  • Ability to lead, motivate and train a team

  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service and customer experience

  • Confident handling service, staff matters and guest feedback

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

  • RSA required‍ ‍

Bartender – Casual‍ ‍

We are looking for an experienced casual bartender to join the Meltemi team. You will prepare cocktails and beverages, provide engaging service to guests, maintain bar standards and support a vibrant restaurant and events environment.‍ ‍

What we are looking for:‍ ‍

  • Previous cocktail and bar experience

  • Good knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and classic cocktails

  • A friendly, confident and professional approach with guests

  • Ability to stay organised and work well under pressure

  • Availability on evenings, weekends and public holidays

  • RSA required‍ ‍
